how to bake pumpkin seeds
There are not too many fruits that are as flexible as pumpkins and yes many people wonder if it is a fruit or vegetable and it is indeed a fruit. Pumpkins are used to make breads, soups, pies, and of course even baking the seeds turnout to be a tasty snack. I also make my sons favorite pumpkin pancakes on a regular basis. In this tutorial I well teach you how to easily bake the seeds.
Follow these steps:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take a fresh pumpkin and pull the seeds apart from the inner goop. Wash the seeds clean.
Allow the seeds to completely dry by placing them on a paper towel.
Using a baking sheet you want to spray it with a non stick spray or brush it with melted butter or you can even lightly coat it with vegetable oil. I normally just pull out my Pam and spray it down.
Spread the seeds out onto your sheet in one layer, making sure to kind of “toss” them in the oil or spray. Sprinkling them with salt is optional but makes them more tasty.
Now cook the seeds for up to 20 minutes turning them once during this time, you want them to be a little crisp and brown.
Take them out and let them cool a little before eating. They need to be stored in an airtight container and you now have a great little snack for all occasions.
My kids love these and never can get enough of them and I feel they are more healthy then letting them snack on chips or all the other junk that is out there. how to bake pumpkin seeds ? your enjoy.

An earthquake of magnitude greater than 5 occurred in the region in 1897, and it is possible that could happen in the future, but it would be a rare instance, the USGS said geophysicist John Bellini. Earthquakes in the region occur on the fault lines between plates called faults because, unlike California San Andreas Fault and other are not at the boundaries between the six large plates that are formed or the crust.

Busse said that only lasted a few seconds, and compared it to a strong Thunder strike - just shake the house, but not enough to knock anything over.
